1Introduction & Acknowledgement

Baazigar.ws ("baazigar", "we", "us") is an online betting platform operating for bettors in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "member", "you") and baazigar.

By using our website, mobile app, or any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Baazigar believes every member should be fully informed of their rights and responsibilities. That's why we've made these Terms as clear and straightforward as possible.

2Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use the betting services at baazigar, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing our services.
• You must be a legal citizen or permanent resident of Bangladesh.
• You must have an active mobile number and a valid government-issued ID.
• Each individual may operate only one account.
• You must register and operate your account in your own name and for your own use — managing an account on behalf of someone else is not permitted.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

Registration Process

During registration, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of your entire balance.

3Account Management

The security of your baazigar account is entirely your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below strictly:

• Keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone.
• If anyone gains unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) significantly increases the security of your account.
• To update your account details, please contact customer support.

Multiple Accounts Prohibited

If a person holds more than one account, all accounts will be terminated and all bonuses forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is also strictly prohibited.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Baazigar supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The rules for deposits and withdrawals are outlined below:

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawing from your bonus balance requires meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals are limited to a maximum of ৳50,000 per day and ৳2,00,000 per week (separate limits apply for high roller members).
• Baazigar reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal request if fraud is suspected.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply when betting on baazigar. Following these guidelines will ensure a smoother and more enjoyable betting experience.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered valid once the system successfully confirms it and the stake is deducted from your account. Bets that are not confirmed due to network issues will be considered void.

Odds Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement apply, regardless of any subsequent changes. In live betting, odds can shift rapidly and there may be a delay of a few seconds before a bet is confirmed.

Event cancellation or postponement

• If a match or event is cancelled, all stakes placed on that event will be fully refunded.
• In cricket matches where the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, the outcome will be considered official.
• Bets may be voided if the match does not reach at least 90 minutes (football) or the specified number of overs (cricket).

Maximum Win Limit

The maximum win on a single bet is ৳10,00,000, with a daily cap of ৳50,00,000. Separate limits apply for high roller members.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Baazigar regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before accepting.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a minimum wagering requirement (typically 5x–20x) to be met before withdrawal.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus must be used within its specified validity period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Combining bonuses: Stacking multiple bonuses simultaneously is generally not permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse: If baazigar finds evidence of bonus system abuse, we reserve the right to close the account and forfeit any bonuses.
• Referral Bonus: The referred friend must be a genuinely new member and must place bets using their own funds.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baazigar and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or spot fixing.
• Attempting to exploit the system through fraud, hacking, or any other unlawful means.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Using another person's account or transferring accounts.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same event to exploit the system (arbitrage betting).
• Registering with a false identity or misleading information.

8Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal information is our top priority. baazigar follows strict policies governing the collection, storage, and use of your data.

• Your personal information is never sold or shared with third parties.

• Information may be disclosed to relevant authorities when required by legal obligation.

11Dispute Resolution

• Bets missed due to internet disconnection.
• Delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own errors.
• Service interruptions caused by external factors (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

13Changes to Terms

Baazigar reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify members via email or SMS.
